THE ENGINEERING BEHIND PROTECTION01 / 09
Protection extends beyond a single product;
it starts with the entire structure.
EN-TEK SAVUNMA considers ballistic protection through materials, modular construction and operational requirements. Engineering and technical documentation underpin solutions from structural protection to personal equipment.
Our engineering approachTHREE CORE PRODUCTS / ONE ENGINEERING APPROACH
From structural security to personal protection.
Overt ballistic vest, from standard front/rear coverage to a full-coverage model including the arms and groin.
01 / ENTEK SAVUNMAOuter fabric and activated-carbon protective layer. A personal protection ensemble approach covering the suit, gloves, overboots and mask.
02 / ENTEK SAVUNMASelf-interlocking modular concrete blocks. A demountable, reusable building approach for walls, cabins and team shelters.
03 / ENTEK SAVUNMAConcealable and overt vests, ballistic packages and mine detection / clearance suits. Each product is assessed against its own technical data sheet and defined scope of use.
Personal protection solutionsOUR SOLUTION AREAS02 / 09

Protection begins with the smallest building element.
Security cabins, team shelters and modular structures adapted to different layouts.
Level IIIA overt vest with different coverage options and ballistic package configurations.
Personal protective clothing with an activated-carbon layer, protective overboots and gloves.
An approach that brings requirements, structural geometry and material data into the same project framework.
TESTING & VALIDATION04 / 09
Different tests. Different scopes.
We assess each result within its specimen and test conditions.
Sources from MSB, Garanti Kompozit, TSE and ITU cover ballistic testing, construction material tests and technical assessments.

Results of testing concrete block specimens with 7.62×51 mm AP and .30 Caliber M2 AP ammunition.
The listed shots for Specimens 2–5 are recorded as no perforation and compliant in the report.
Results concern the analysed specimens. Conditioning was omitted at the customer’s request. Velocity references are TS EN 1522, June 2001, and NIJ 0101.04; this is not general NIJ IV product certification.

Easywallbrick concrete specimen; reference to STANAG 4569 Level III and 7.62×51 AP with tungsten-carbide core.
22 shot records; the report specifies 930 ± 20 m/s. The result column uses the code PP, which is not reinterpreted here.
This is not a certificate issued by NATO. Non-standard specimens and firing distance were used at the customer’s request, and the witness plate was waived. It does not replace product certification.

Examination of dimensions, compressive strength, density, water absorption and thermal properties of a concrete masonry unit specimen.
Specimen: 50 × 25 × 12.5 cm concrete masonry unit. The report lists TS EN 772 series, TS EN 1745 and TS EN 13820 methods.
Applies only to the tested specimen. Not a substitute for product certification. This is not a ballistic test report.

Technical report in Turkish and English, with appendices, on Easy Wall Brick block/brick wall elements.
Material tests cover compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, water absorption and unit weight.
The bullet-resistance assessment relies on a Tekno Poligon report supplied by the company. The firing tests are not presented as having been performed by ITU.
